Product Description
Long Block:
- Block is hot tanked, cleaned, inspected, line bore checked, cylinders bored and honed, decked, new cam bearings and oil galley plugs installed.
- Crankshaft and camshaft are inspected thoroughly and polished
- Connecting rods are checked for straightness and resized if needed.
- New Mahle HD International Maxx Force 7 pistons and rings in .020″, .030″, or .040" oversize. Main and rod bearings are std/std or .010″/.010″ undersize.
- Entire Rotating Assembly is balanced with an OEM balancer and flexplate to ensure a smooth running engine (Exclusively done at SDNW).
- Includes a gasket kit for front and rear covers and upper and lower oil pans, as well as front and rear main seals.
- Engines are assembled with new USA made HD Hydraulic Roller lifters.
- Cylinder heads-Factory heads completely disassembled, cleaned checked for cracks, valve job, new valve seals, milled, and pressure checked.
- All 6.4 Long blocks come standard with Manton Racing Products HD valve springs and chromoly pushrods.
- ARP Head Studs and OEM head gaskets in EVERY ENGINE WE BUILD!
- All new OEM Ford Updated Rocker arms and valve bridges.
- Ceramic coated pistons available that are delipped and cut for valve reliefs. This longblock with Stage 1 camshaft is $8650 or $8750 with stage 2 camshaft.
