Long block:
- Block is hot tanked, cleaned, inspected, line bore checked, cylinders bored and honed, decked, new cam bearings and oil galley plugs installed.
- Crankshaft and camshaft are inspected thoroughly and polished
- New OEM Ford Connecting Rods in every engine!
- New Mahle piston and rings in .020″, .030″ or .040″ oversize. Main and rod bearings are std/std or .010″/.010″ undersize.
- Entire Rotating Assembly is balanced with an OEM balancer and HD flexplate to ensure a smooth running engine (Exclusively done at SDNW).
- Includes a gasket kit for front and rear covers and upper and lower oil pans, as well as front and rear main seals.
- Cylinder heads-Factory heads completely disassembled, cleaned checked for cracks, valve job, new valve seals, milled, and pressure checked.
- Engines are assembled with new USA made HD Hydraulic Roller lifters.
- ARP Head Studs and OEM Ford head gaskets in EVERY ENGINE WE BUILD! Rocker boxes cleaned, Rockers inspected and updated, and new OEM updated length pushrods, and gaskets.
- Upgrade to Stage 1 or 2 Camshaft, HD Valve Springs and Chromoly pushrods, Pistons are cut for valve reliefs and Ceramic coated. This longblock sells for $8500 with stage 1 camshaft, or $8600 with Stage 2 camshaft.
