These 6.0L Ford Powerstroke Long Blocks built at Specialized Diesel Northwest fit 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Pickups. These Engines are uniquely built, where the entire Rotating assembly is balanced with an OEM balancer and flexplate to ensure a smooth running engine (we are one of the few to do this). This engine will include a gasket kit for installation of the front and rear covers and upper and lower oil pans, as well as front and rear main seals. Camshaft, Valve Spring, and Pushrod upgrade available.

Product Description

Long block:

  • Block is hot tanked, cleaned, inspected, line bore checked, cylinders bored and honed, decked, new cam bearings and oil galley plugs installed.
  • Crankshaft and camshaft are inspected thoroughly and polished
  • New OEM Ford Connecting Rods in every engine!
  • New Mahle piston and rings in .020″, .030″ or .040″ oversize. Main and rod bearings are std/std or .010″/.010″ undersize.
  • Entire Rotating Assembly is balanced with an OEM balancer and HD flexplate to ensure a smooth running engine (Exclusively done at SDNW).
  • Includes a gasket kit for front and rear covers and upper and lower oil pans, as well as front and rear main seals.
  • Cylinder heads-Factory heads completely disassembled, cleaned checked for cracks, valve job, new valve seals, milled, and pressure checked.
  • Engines are assembled with new USA made HD Hydraulic Roller lifters.
  • ARP Head Studs and OEM Ford head gaskets in EVERY ENGINE WE BUILD! Rocker boxes cleaned, Rockers inspected and updated, and new OEM updated length pushrods, and gaskets.
  • Upgrade to Stage 1 or 2 Camshaft, HD Valve Springs and Chromoly pushrods, Pistons are cut for valve reliefs and Ceramic coated. This longblock sells for $8500 with stage 1 camshaft, or $8600 with Stage 2 camshaft.
